Fix your mess DSTV
Like on a serious note your service is the worst like extremely bad service your standard of service has dropped big time. Then theres this self service thing of yours useless you never get helped there just a robot to. On your web site it shows that the channel 161 is included on the package then suddenly its not because it was a channel offered during the lockdown then why mislead us by putting it on your website as an channel offered. Why ain't you informing customers about changes that are happening and why did we pay for a channel that will be discontinued during the month that makes no sense to me. I choose that package because I saw that channel is offered today im told its not hebana after we paid benefits are being reduced haikhona fix your house DSTV its a mess.

The channel was temporarily added to some package and the decision was based on the first lockdown announcement by the President which was to end on the 16th of April.

There's something called full disclosure and you are failing no wonder why people are closing their dstv account you all over place no direction and robbing clients nji.
