Fix your app

My DStv reward program is not functioning or maybe a ****,I have been trying to spin the wheel so many times now and always say's your account is disconnected sometimes it says your app is out of date . you update the app same thing continue is a spin a wheel reward program a **** or what, you can't even buy vouchers what's wrong with your app please fix this.
