Fix your app

The dstv app is so bad!!! I use it on my android box. Its constantly lagging... the program information doesnt update. It is pixelated. It buffers. Sometimes it just freezes and i have to force stop and try to watch again. And with catch up ..... its even worse! Now... you send review on play store, they always give you the sorry please talk to the robot on our website. Thats useless! Nothing wrong with my internet connection. Youtube, netflix, everything else works perfectly! Full hd no buffering no pixelating. Only dstv that does this. Is it because it is a R1000 a month? Others i pay R200 a month and i dont struggle
