Fix this issue now please.

Hi. I took out life insurance with dstv, they said the payment for the insurance is separate from my dstv subscription and won't affect it if I cancel or skip payments. Dstv cut off my subscription when I stopped paying the life insurance, we sorted this out and dstv reconnected me again after they cancelled the life insurance, now my dstv is cut off again and the Ballance to pay still includes the insurance which was cancelled. I paid my subscription for the month but now I'm arears again because of the life insurance which was cancelled and they confirmed it in writing. Come on multichoice, we sorted this and all is cancelled, I am a client for 12 years and this nonsense must be sorted now. Reconnect me as I paid my subscription.
