Fix my dstv rewards points asap!

Something is wrong with my dstv rewards points I had 45 points and now it has been reduced to 20!? Why?! nothing has changed infact I added another explora on extraview!It's very interesting that you would do this a day before the rewards wheel spin.My cell : ***.
