Fix my account!

Just now when I'm relaxing thinking my account is in order. I receive an sms stating that payment of R300 and some odd Rands was not received. Debit order went off on the 26th of Almost R600. When I check my WhatsApp it says I have a reconnection quote. According to my understanding I haven't signed or agreed to any quotes. The past 3 months I have been calling multichoice to reactivate my pvr functions on my explorer. I'm on a compact plus package and now I am viewing compact channels. What is going on at multichoice? The discount I've been told I have, I haven't experienced it yet as every month is another problem with multichoice. I am very irritated by Ths. Paying for faults done by multichoice. This is not on at all. Ever since I came back to dstv I haven't had peace. It's a headache over another headache. Please sort Ths out. Not impressed at all!
