Five Decoders registered to my account without my knowledge of consent

Someone registered five decoders on my account without my consent, knowledge or permission. They just needed my ID

Multichoice then deducted R1262.70 from my account, and I don't even own a decoder. I only have an Easy View streaming subscription of R29.

When I called in to report it, The call centre agent admitted that they went back to the recording and the person that registered it on my name could not even pronounce my name right. This is scary.

After numerous calls, Im hearing that they are sorry and they are escalating it, to their manager, but no one can give me a manager's name, email or office number to communicate with directly. Now, I have to contact the call center over and over and re-explain everything. The decoders DSTV admitted were wrongly registered to my account (and on my name), are still registered on my account, and no one wants to refund me.

This is clearly not important enough for DSTV. I lost all trust in DSTV's security protocols and don't feel like a valued customer.
