Firstly overcharged then disconnected

Hi. This is really getting out of hand. Firstly my pvr functions were removed three times and i had to contact dstv evertime to fix it.

Then on Sunday i contacted dstv via live chat and questioned about my debit order being so high this month. It was confirmed that i was overcharged as my pricelock is at R899.

Then on Tuesday i get a sms that i will be discounted because I have not paid. I contacted dstv and the person said that it will be escalated. Tonight i got disconnected.

What is going on? You took too much money from my account and disconnected me. Pathetic service.
