First time debit order bad experience

I am not happy at all with Dstv. They told me I will pay R279 for a package monthly now they include R69 monthly fee which they never mentioned before. I believe they misled me for giving false information. The amount resulted to R350 with this hidden cost. Secondly the debited on 30 just before money gets in and from there they repeated the process now I owe them reversal fee.... My date was correct of my salary day.... The amount increased drastically to R629 with lot of reversals and I don't even understand the statement. My question is to why you debit several times to my account, if the first did not go through then you give a call or I know I will pay directly to the store or Eft. I just want to cancel this package because you were not transparent and I encourage guys don't do debit order with Dstv you will end up in debts with them. Guys I encourage to take router directly to Mtn not with this Useless Dstv, it is R279 uncapped month to month instead of paying R139 for data little as 25gb and R69 service fees meaning you paid R209 just think twice choose wise
