First it was ***** now its high service charge
<p>I am disappointed in dstv when I opened my account December 2015 my ID was used for someone else. They managed to sort it out but in February I still had two accounts. I stopped paying due to my studies for +/- 6 months. Yesterday I tried to reinstate my account and found that I owe dstv R 2999.00. I don't have debit order with dstv only pay cash and by their rules when you don't pay you don't get services. How did I accumulate such debt when I did not have services. I am concerned that I will be blacklisted or dstv will send their attorneys for debts that I dont know. Please sort my account out as I don't want any inconveniences with dstv.</p>
