What a horrible experience!!

Never liked DSTV because of how expensive it was and all the problems people faced however my wife and I found a streaming package that had the sport channels we wanted so we decided to give it a go.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER.

I made a payment via the DSTV app and now dstv can’t find my payment anywhere, even after sending bank statements and proof that payment has been made and yet no one can seem to get it that I have made a payment. So now I still don’t have DSTV and they have ****** money from me. Never again
