Financial *****ic incompetence at DSTV

Dstv (MultiChoice) has been denying me service because they cannot locate my payment. I paid by EFT from my FNB phone app as I have done for the past seven (7) years. They insist they did not receive it. After I sent them printouts of my bank records that clearly show payment, and after I had a chat with the bank online which resulted in another "proof of payment', which was sent to them and refused as proof of payment, I went to the bank and spent two hours there to try and resolve this issue. I received a printout of the bank records of this particular payment, stamped by the bank. The bank told me that Dstv would accept this as proof because it contained all the info they would need to locate my payment. I asked them to email it to me so I could forward it to Dstv. They did and I forwarded it immediately, with an explanation. Result? None! Still not acceptable and the message is that it has to be in a particular form or they won't pass it on to their Finance Department. A clear case of incompetence and dishonesty. Incompetence because whoever has looked at this info lacks basic understanding of the documentation of a bank payment and dishonesty because I had been led to believe I had been exchanging info with the Finance Department from the start. The email address I was told to use was: "***" That does not sound like the email address of a group of financially *********** *****s, but it clearly is. Try and avoid dealings with these zombies!
