financial changes being made without clients approval

Now dstv has issued funeral policy without my consent, with beneficiary i do not know. i was surprised with the premium increase and i sent an email querying why on i have funeral policy i did not agreed on they couldn't answer me but to tell me it has been cancelled. to my surprise i get a call yesterday and that person promised to call me back at 1 o'clock, 12 hours later NO CALL.
