Finance department needs serious training...!!!!

Since 31at of August 2023 I have been sent from pillar to post with regards to my account,my services were disconnected on that day with customer service agent citing that my debit order had not reflected,fast forward I check my statement while she is on the line and tell her payment went through I can send statement,she goes on to say she hasn't received any on their side and till they do DSTV can't reconnect my service and that I should call my bank (first utter incompetency),so I reverse that debit order and pay it in cash via their pay gate instant eft after which my services were reconnected,fast forward to three days later again my services were disconnected spoke to other service agents they said I must send proof of payments and bank statements because there an amount of R492 which was reversed or disputed and I have never disputed any debit order for my account that I have been religiously paying for and have had for years and years since it's inception,further I sent my proof of payment for the recent psyment and was further requested to send through statements dating back to 2022 which is ridiculously pure account management incompetency again because why were my services not disconnected for that particular month if my debit order didn't go through and why are they only picking up the error now.... again my services have been disconnected and I am going to be sent from pillar to post trying to get this matter finally resolved.....whoever you replaced in your finance department was doing a great job till do hire them back and train your current recruits please.....
