Finally received good service after buying airtime three times

The only reason I'm rating 4 stars is because of one consultant her name is Nandipha, pity I did not take her surname. I called Multichoice three times and two of the agents couldn't assist me one of them was Siphokazib Nongubo. Thank you very much NANDIPHA keep up the good work you understood how complicated it can be for one to navigate through technology for an elderly person. Imagine being told to speak to a robot or "consultant" online...ridiculous
