Finally Exceptional Service

Previously it was almost impossible to have any queries resolved by the commercial dept via their preferred communication method- email. After 1 week I would still not receive a response. It was relatively faster to go into the branch.<br> <br> Now the commercial dept has turned around for the better, my emails re answered in less than 24 hours and my requests completed efficiently.<br> <br> Well done, hope they can keep it up.
