Filthy *******ed DSTV MultiChoice payment systems that doesn't record payments efficiently

I have paid my DSTV subscription via Nedbank payment option on the DSTV website, suddenly my subscription gets cut because the system on DSTvs side doesn't update my payment history!!!...I'm extremely appalled by this fiithy *******ion like services from DSTV, my payment is not updated on purpose so that I can pay double the subscription fee...the service from DSTV is appalling, filthy and unpleasant, I'm extremely disappointed with the IT department and the consultants because a MultiChoice error is now turned to be my problem...this service is extremely filthy and *******ed...I seriously demand an explanation and a compensation for this madness...my phone number is ***
