Fictitious statements

I have been annual subscriber for years and suddenly Multichoice claims that I have outstanding fees and sent a so called statement to prove this. After communicating with them they still cannot show where this charge comes from? Do they add these non-existent fees to all accounts? After it all they still refuse to provide their Compliance department's contact details.

Disgustingly poor service!
