Fictitious billed items and rented movie that was never loaded for viewing.
I rented a movie on 12 June 2020 and the movie was never loaded after purchase. I was only able to speak to a call center agent the next day which was a Saturday, after which I found out I was billed for 2 more movies than I knew about. I rented 3 movies under the promotion you ran for 4 movies for free. Which means I should have only been billed for the movie I rented which was never loaded. I got notification for those movies saying I would not be billed. I also never rented the additional 2 movies that brought the total movies rented to 6. My bill for this month with an additional R100 is therefore not accurate.
I spoke to Portia on 13 June who said she would escalate to find out why the last movie I rented was never loaded and endure I’m credited. She also promised to get a report once she could access the system that gives a clear indication of the movies I rented with the associated date. To day, 7 days later there’s been absolutely no communication. I need this addressed and my account credited accordingly.
I will not pay for services that we’re never rendered. This is absolute theft And dishonestly on your end and it needs to be addressed.

The 4th movie which was Artic Justice I was billed for and I saw that notice. What I’m disputing is the rest of the billed movies and the additional 2 I’m meant to have rented which I know nothing about. I know of Abominable, Onward, Trouble which I wasn’t billed for yet my bill is R100 more than what I pay being a panelist when it should only be R25 more for Artic Justice. This discrepancy also needs to be investigated and corrected.

I’m going to be charged for movies that I rented under a promotion that stated that I wouldn’t be charged for those movies? If so, on what basis am I now being charged? If this is the case, then you’re admitting to false advertising and basically *****ing?

I see my account has been credited for the movies I watched under the promotion but I’m still charged for the movie that was never loaded on my account.
Please advise when this will be corrected and my account credited to reflect this.
