I was told to Pay R698 on my account and the initial agreement i had with you was R588, i called 12 times speaking to your highly untrained staff members who told me that I'm the one who chose that package and i must pay for it. Like how come you add Disney program to my package without my knowledge and when i try to cancel it you guys dont want. My account is now suspended and i had to pay the following amounts to unlock my ***, R133 and R124.50 for what no one explained to me. Can i get my refund back. I've dealt with. Thandeka, Ronelda.
