Feel ****** by dstv

I'm upset with dstv for removing a Ser off my pvr decoder without notification . When i went to the customer care centre I spent more than a hour there just to be told the service is no longer on the pvr. The staff did not even no. We pay for this we don't get it free but yet it's been removed. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told she would phone me after she investigate it's been 4 days now and still no call.
