feel cheated by DSTV and wechat
<p>DSTV and wechat were running a promotion in December that we could hire five movies on box office for free. I did hire the movies only to find DSTV has billed for the movies.I call DSTV call centre and they could not explain.This was day loght ******* to me</p>

Reference is made to our previous telephonic discussion regarding feedback from our BoxOffice team.
You did not use the WeChat to submit your rental requests. The promotion clearly stated that you need to submit and pay for your rental using the WeChat Wallet, and then you could receive cash back for up to 5 movies, back into your WeChat Wallet.
Upon checking on our records, all the rentals were made via SMS. For this reason, you did not qualify for the cash back.
