As per our telephonic conversation, when your Pricelock contract came to an end, your account was put on the 12-month Capitec Bank deal. This means that you were given discounts in your account, instead of paying R399.00 you were paying R339.00.
This is for all Capitec clients who have debit orders with MultiChoice.
We have asked the Pricelock team to assist with the issue regarding the R180.00 cancelation fee and the R50.00 discount.

As per our telephonic conversation, when your Pricelock contract came to an end, your account was put on the 12-month Capitec Bank deal. This means that you were given discounts in your account, instead of paying R399.00 you were paying R339.00.
