Feeback, what feedback?

After my previous complaint about a speaker that was broken by an installer and the use of my home phone without permission a lady by the name of Nadia phoned me and apologized for the inconvenience. She escalated the problem to management level.<br> I received a call from a gentleman who then wanted to know if I had a camera in the room and asked how I was going to prove that the speaker was broken by their installers! When I said I had a very honest and reliable domestic worker he said he would get back to me. When I do not know, maybe in the next century.<br> When I asked about the use of my phone I was informed that the call was to a toll free number, which obviously meant that a person should not expect any respect when Multichoice sends an installer!<br> I am really unhappy with the situation, It is now 10 days later and I have not had any further feedback.<br>
