Fed up with price lock

My explora has been off the whole day today, when you try to contact them you are told by consultants at multichoice that they do not have a direct line and that they will call you back. I am still waiting. I am so tired of explora, sometimes they dont even debit and they go switch your subscription off. Somebody call me ASAP
