Fed Up With Dstv Pricelock

Fed up as i am with this bl**dy price lock of dstv and the *********** call centre agents that constantly keep repeating what they read on their screens instead of assisting.Price lock loaded their account after i canceled it as they didn't deliver the package now i keep on having to endure deactivations of my services as this price lock keeps loading funds to my account this d*mn price lock matter was escalated a hundred folds since June its September today and i still have to suffer even went to the walk in centres in Centurion where the decoder was where notes were made but nothing has changed.Im fed up honestly the contact centre agents keep screeching that they cant reactivate my services because of the price lock.Fix this problem its yours and not my mine its not my fault that your employees are *********** in doing their work.Remove this price lock account i for one will not pay for services i do not use.
