Fed up with DSTV MULTICHOICE AND PRICE LOCK DEPARTMENT

After waiting over 1 month for my 2 explora ultra decoders on a price lock. They finally deliver 1 decoder not 2 and the 1 decoder is not am ultra but simply and explora I honestly don't know what to say to dstv consultants any more as the only form of communication is via their website or Telephone which has been very disappointing in all times we have contacted them. Now I'm sitting with a decoder I didn't ask for and I am probably going to wait another month before they deliver my second decoder 😡😡. They escalate the query all the time and price lock does not ever get back to me. When we call contracts department the phone just rings non stop. SO WHAT MUST HAPPEN NOW REALLY.😡😡😡😡😡
