Fed up with Dstv internet

I ordered Dstv router and it was delivered to me within 2 days but it only worked for 3 days. I drove to Maponya mall, Jabulani mall I even went to the Multichoice head office but no one is helping me. They deducted money from my account but they not helping me with my connection.
