Fed up with Dstv 😠😡

I was told that my account was incorrectly billed as internet deal was not discounted. Then I was told to pay R400 now they say I owe R1418. I honestly don't know what they are smoking.

I requested a breakdown of my bill. Everything appears twice. I only have 1 decoder active but I am billed twice. Dstv is going to give me grey hair. Can they apply the discount for internet deal from when it was activated. Then give me the right amount to pay. I am suck and tired of their bull **** now. It's irritating
