Fed up with DSTV and Charges

I have been with DSTV over 7 years and this is the last straw.

To have may payment date changed i have to pay a prorata amount of about R 400 so for the last 3-5 Months My DSTV has been disconnected. Previously about 3 years I paid between the 1st and the 3 with no problem what so ever and have been hearing all type of excuses.

I will not pay a prorata amount on top off already overpriced product only to view repeats and constant Adverti*****t when a program is on.

DSTV is willing to loos a R900 Monthly Contribution that amounts to R10800.00 yearly for a once off amount to have the Date Changed

So then let it be. I will rather Pay TV Licence then to contributing any further to this Institution..
