Fed Up with DStv

One star is too much... It is not even one star worth. I have been trying to claim for a decoder for a month and a half, since I have an insurance. I am deeply unhappy. I have sent the necessary emails a month ago. I have spoken to multiple Consultants who could not even assist me.. Andile Limba, Claudia Moyo, Porchia, Ntombi... Just to mention a few who could not even up to now help me with my claim...They keep telling me about the installers that they can't reach. Unprofessionalism at its worst...
