Fed up

Dstv service sucks I'm trying to downgrade to a cheaper package but I don't get assistance instead they want me to reconnect my older package of which is too expensive and not useful I've been their loyal customer for a while now yet they failing to assist me I want to cancel all ties with multichoice they are useless
