fed up customer

I went to DSTV (Maponya) about 3 months ago to ask that they transfer my unused credit on my account to my mother's account, they asked me to print out a bank statement from 2017 when i made the payment into my account, i went to my bank and had to pay to get these bak statements, took it back to them to attach to my file but their system was down but they advised they would get it done, a month passed and nothing was done but i still made a payment to my mothers account to have the service running, another month passed and still nothing was done, i called the call centre to assist, they also asked for bank statements, again i paid to print them out and send to their email address (***) and i was told it would be done in 48 hours, it has been a week now and nothing has been done and no communication has happened either, i am fed up, i hope someone sees this and calls me ASAP
