Fed up

I am fed up with this ******* of a company. The amount due keeps on increasing by the month and I'm supposed to be on a fixed amount contract! Don't even get me started on their RUDE and unprofessional call center agents who are also completely clueless!!! Let me just tell you that I will NOT be paying an amount I did not agree to. Who the hell gave you permission to add Disney what what onto my subscription??
