Fed up

I have already switched to one of the cheaper packages - Family. Have subscribed to Netflix and Showmax. In one month, I have gone from r660 to R500 to R700 which I paid on Sunday because you blocked the account. Then yesterday it showed I owed r460 and today it shows I owe R1400?!?? What are we doing here Multichoice? First showed Sunday I owed R1100. When I queried which literally took two hours and no joy,I had to call back again. Agent advised me to pay r700 and the account will be up to date. The totals are changing daily. You have my googling Open View options. The only reason ove kept this subscription is because of my mother and her Soapies but I refuse to pay an amount that inflates daily bases on what? R1400 for a family package?!! Disconnect me. Openview seems like a much better option right now!
