Fed up!
<p>I paid my DSTV account on the 1st of October through FNB EFT same as every month. On the 4th of October my account was suspended. I phoned through and Wendy Zulu said she cant see the payment reflecting so i should email her proof, which i did. My service was restored. A few days later it was off again. I phoned again and it was restored. 14 October off again. I phoned and spoke to Mapule Tshisa who said i must send her the proof again which i did and it was restored again. Then i come home from work today and its off again. This is ridiculous! I've spent a month's dstv rental in phone calls. Why cant you find the payment and why do you keep switching me back on if you cant! Get your act together multichoice.</p>

I sent through my proof of payment as requested. This was the 4th time now. No feedback received from multichoice once again and this morning when i got up it was cut off again. This is now ridicilous. 24 days into the month and you can't find a payment made on the 1st.
