Faulty PVR 2 Decoder

Purchased above in May 2014 from Hyper Mkt Pnp Harbour Crossing Kzn<br> Above has been send in for repairs twice to Scottborough, once Umhlanga (last one) during 13 months<br> recording faulty ie partial recording at times - still the same<br> skipping chanels when selecting channels ie jumping not selecting next but beyond that<br> when fast forwarding not reacting to that timeously - also freezing picture<br> It appears the pvr cant be fixed and request a new one - after 3 repairs<br> K Schauer
