Faulty power supply gadget

I bought a power supply from dstv for my decoder at maponya mall on the 4th of december 2017. Almost on the 2nd month of use the equipment is not properly working. I understand that there is no warranty for electrical goods. My concern is that the quality of the product was not up to standard. Even the manager on duty concurred with me that it was of poor quality. I had paid R200 for the power supply. Instead of them helping me out they said its not their problem that the power supply was damaged they insisted that i buy another one from them again.

I am a dtsv subscriber and i have lost hours becauce of their products and that has inconvenienced me.

Please can you find out whether the products they are selling are approved SASB.
