Faulty incomplete DSTV duel view installation

On the 24th of May requested and paid for an extra view installation at the accredited installer in Graskop in Mpumalanga. The manager at the office was very helpful and immediately sent the installation request to the installer. The installer arrived the next morning and installed the dish. When they connected the cables to the pvr's an error message appears saying there is a problem with the installation. They joined 3 cables into one line and the wires were tied together and joined with insulation tape. They were going to comeback the next morning to repair the installation. They did not return and don't answer messages or calls. The manager tried contacting the installer but they reply they are busy and we must be patient they are busy. One does not expect such poor service when dealing with a reputable company such as Multichoice
