Fast forward, pause and rewind features on Dstv decoder are not for free

I have a pricelock contract with multichoice/Dstv when I took it they glorify the thing that they no hidden prices.They don't mention that there few access fees of R105,R110 and R70 for pause,fast forward and rewind features that they not free and also a R99 that I'm failing to understand what is it for.Their agents don't explain properly and once you sign there's no turning back.Im so disappointed and disgusted with such cheat.No I understand why people are leaving the product.They indeed need a competition.
