Big ups to Ronel Wildt for her professionalism. Through out the call I was engaged, she made sure there weren't any uncomfortable silences, she was prompt and to the point. I must also emphasize that she sounded genuine and sincere in what she was doing. It sounded like she was locked on to my account and what she was doing .... nothing else. Such diligence in a call centre ilenvorionment is rare. Ronel is a true ambassador of the Multichoice brand. Keep up the good work!
