Fantastic agent
Hi,
I would like to inform you if an agent you have working in your company Genene Benjimin. I was about to cancel my contract and move away from you guys due to negligence of other staff in your establishment. Genene has made my call pleasant, she has show professionalism and offered an amazing customer experience.
I would strongly recommend her for a management position because the managers within the department could not help identify what was happening, it took an agent to assist me. You guys need more agents like genene maybe then you will not lose customers.
