Hi Dinah

Yet another day without DSTV this is the worst service ever. We swicthed over to the explorer about 3 months ago we have yet to see it work properly. Every month our account is cut off because they say we never activated the debit order , we drove all the way to johannesburg to have it activated ! Now the smart LNB does not work at all . Please come and verify for yourself the recordings !!! everyone has pixels and are unbearable to watch !!!! at night we get a signal strength of 20 %at most , We cant even watch catch up the recordings have no sound !

Please inspect you credit installers becuase they are representing DSTV . It has been 4 weeks now since this Fanie has promised to replace the LMB but nothing yet !!!! Still nothing has been replaced and it is a brand new LNB ! The last time I spoke to him he said he is not going to replace this at all he does not want to bear the cost what the hell !!

His phone number is : Fanie Dumisanie , DSTV installer in randfontein ( I also have a Photo)
