I found out this week that I have been black listed by Multichoice for an outstanding account. Upon calling the contact centre I was informed my account was up to date but now I need a letter from the delisting department and in the mean time my financing is on hold and I can't move forward.

I upgraded to an Explora Jan 2016 and struggled for 6 months with an *********** Multichoice to activate my debit order - which incidentally is a condition of the price lock package. Finally I managed to activate it via the self service online. Bear in mind the whole time my standard premium package debit order was going off so Multichoice was aware of the issue and still being paid non the less.

To add fuel to the fire I emailed the delisting department on Tuesday and got an auto response that I will receive a response after 1 day. I also escalated the matter to customer service, who in turn advised they will escalate it accordinly. Well 3 days later and I have no feedback from the delisting department or customer care and have lost my financing deal because of Multichoice's incompetence.

Best regards,
So Multichoice and Rupert another week has passed and I have yet to receive any communication from the delisting department. This lack of urgency from Multichoice has directly affected my career and future due to losing the financing deal.
Let's forget that it was your fault in the first place for this matter to have become an issue - for a measly R1020 that I would have sorted out if Multichoice could get their act together and load the debit order!! I just want my credit record to be sorted out as my account is not overdue (even if it was) so please I beg of you fix this!!!!
