Falsely advertising reping custommer their benefits
Please help i would like to know on how multichoice operate i have just upgraded from access to farmily there is one channel they refuse to put on and it has been like this for some time or ayear channel 300 for kids they dont even bother to call to explain they just send you an email, to say they will correct it since January this year up to now still the same i demand answers from phone call not email to eplain y this channel is to playing and y is it still on online package.
