False wrewards for the competition

In the 11 November i eon a dstv birthday competition and my wreward was an upgrade of what u already have...competition said it will be available from 15 November to 15 December and then i called i was told it will be available once i payed my December installment which i did then i was told it will be available 2 December to this day i have not received any upgrade instead they sending me back and forth asking for screen ****s which i have sent several times but they still haven't resolved the matter...and then on monday 6/12/21 i entered their festive cracker competition and i won a premium upgrade sent them screen shot again and nothing has been done..why run a competition if you are not goung to give the winners what they have won...im realy disappointed andvinfact im annoyed that i must be following after them for me to get my wrewards..
