False rewards and promises
Disappointing. They create rewards and when it is time to reward you, they send you from pillar to post. Their reward system offered me an opportunity to upgrade my viewing package free of charge, on Friday the 05th of Feb. 2020, even today the 10th I haven't received what I've been promised. I complained for the umpteenth time and everytime I'm being told my query will be resolved in 24 hours. It is really disappointing.
