FALSE PROMOTION FOR HD

I went and bought the new decoder for HD since Multichoice since its on promotion, went to the centurion branch to get the installer list, called Shakes on ***his an accredited installer but he had the nerve to charge me R1400 for the installation. I called the call center to find out how it works they say I should go into the dstv shop to complain and get a refund, I don't understand why they cant help me telephonically.<br> <br> The Shakes guy works for Market solution number on ***, he advised me he doesn't work with vouchers, not sure why he would say that because his accredited installer.<br> <br> He advised that it will take two months for him to get the 250 from Multichoice and the dish.<br> <br> In my understanding the guy Shakes was suppose to charge me for the extra view not for the installation and labor because the package I bought included free installation.<br> <br> I still have the voucher and I feel was false sold to me.
