False Promises from DStv

On 26th November 2018 I received an SMS offering me a DStv Premium package for R749 x12 months and they will throw in a free DStv Explora plus installation. Price includes a DStv WiFi Connector, Access Fee and delivery. I sent an SMS as directed. I was phoned back and during the conversation I was asked for my bank details. I was not comfortable giving this over the phone (as warned by my bank not to) so was told someone would phone me back. In december someone phoned me back and told me that I was entitled to the offer, but "we are out of stock of Exploras at the moment, as soon as we have, we will give you one, free installation etc etc for R749." It is now FEBRUARY and I have heard and received nothing. Was this false advertising? Very bad customer service DStv
