False promises
I've been a dstv client for over 10 years and it seems like they are tired of my money. I've been calling them for more than 2 weeks trying to make an addition to my package. They keep telling me that my matter has been escalated and someone will call me back within 24 hours. I lost count of the 24hrs that have passed. This is really ridiculous.
